Create, discuss and vote on proposals, budgets and expenses.
Community-developed decentralized governance is the governing function of the DAO QRAX. The proposal system is submitted to the network for voting by masternodes to determine if a proposal submitted by any participant should be funded and accepted.
Anyone can submit their proposal (the cost of submitting a proposal is 100 coins) for further voting.
It is a virtual fund that is allocated 1 coin on every block added to the blockchain, which creates a balance of 44,000 coins each superblock (each +44,000 block from the previous one) or roughly every 30 days. These coins are not created, but stand out as being available for the creative and technological development of the network.
Proposals are submitted by the participant in the wallet, in a special section. They are voted on by masternodes. Those offers that "pass" receive the requested funds. Before submitting a proposal, the participant is invited to discuss it in the QRAX forum thread to understand the acceptance of the proposal by masternodes.
Masternode owners vote on the proposals put forward. This voting is decentralized and anonymous, as the owners and their masternodes can be located anywhere in the world.
Since the community cares about each participant, the entire history of proposed and already implemented proposals and the entire history of voting results is visible to any user on the blockchain. All information is available on the voting browser page.
